Using my experience of working for and with people who had great influence on me--some for the good and some not at all--I’ve identified the concepts that work and why they work. I have developed a four-step system, which is woven into everything I do for my clients: How to be a NICE Teacher- be a Nurturing, Integrated, Courageous, and Encouraging Teacher.
I am looking for individuals who want to be happy, fulfilled, successful educators that get results without sacrificing themselves or their personal life. Is that you? Do you know someone?
Remember, a wise soul said, “nothing changes until you do.” Well, I say “evolve” instead of “change” because your greater Self is closer to you than you think!
